Language

English is the official course language. No translation is provided.

Exhibition Information

During the course an industrial exhibition will be located in close proximity to the lecture rooms. Coffee breaks will take place around the exhibition.

Hotel Accommodation

MCI Zurich Office is pleased to offer a hotel booking service for the ESMINT Teaching Course. Our hotel rates include Bed & Breakfast, VAT and all taxes. Online booking is available from September, 2012.

Documents and Badges

Meeting documents should be collected on-site at the Registration desk. Name badges must be worn at all times during the meeting.

Certificate of Attendance

Your Certificates of Attendance can be downloaded from the homepage after the course.

ESMINT Teaching Course Journal

All speaker manuscripts will be published in the ESMINT Teaching Course Journal. The ESMINT Teaching Course Journal will be distributed at the Registration desk. The ESMINT Teaching Course Journal is included in the registration fee.

Invitation Letter

The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration form and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the course to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter from the Administrative Secretariat, MCI Zurich Office.

Food and Beverage

Coffee and tea during official breaks are included in the registration fee and will be served in the exhibition area.

Disclaimer/Insurance and Vaccinations

MCI Zurich Office as the Course Management and the ESMINT Committee claim no liability for the act of any supplier to this meeting, nor liability for personal injury, the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event, for any loss or damage, for delays in transport by air, sea, rail, road, weather, in case of strikes, sickness, war or other causes.

The conference fee does not cover insurance for the delegates.

The organizers recommend that delegates take out insurance in their home country to cover pre-journey cancellation for personal reasons and necessary insurance to cover accidents, medical expenses and loss of personal belongings during the visit. No vaccinations are needed when visiting Switzerland.

Currency

The currency unit in Spain is EURO (€).

Climate and Clothing

In December the weather is likely to be rather fresh and sunny. Temperatures are expected to range between 0º and 10º Celsius.
