Call for Late Breaking Abstracts

We invite you to submit your Late Breaking Abstracts for presentation at the 17th ESMINT Congress, taking place from 3–5 September 2025 in Marseille, France.

Late Breaking Abstracts should detail highly significant and timely findings in any area of neurointervention. This submission category is intended for new data or developments that were not available by the general abstract deadline.

Submission opens: 28 July 2025
Submission deadline: 13 August 2025
Notification of acceptance: End of August 2025

We strongly advise that all presenting authors are registered at the time of submission. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with last-minute visa issues for unregistered presenters.

Submission Guidelines

In order to standardise the layout, we kindly ask you to read the guidelines carefully.

Abstract Title & Author Information

  • Title and author details must be clearly indicated at the beginning of the abstract (not included in the abstract body).
  • The corresponding author is responsible for keeping co-authors informed and must ensure that their email and name are correctly entered.
  • The presenting author must be registered for the congress.

Abstract Body

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English and not exceed 250 words (excluding references/disclosures).
  • Submissions will only as per the instructions below.
  • Please use the provided Word template, font Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • Structure your abstract as follows:
    • Introduction
    • Aim of Study
    • Method
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • You may include up to 2 figures or tables (B/W, 300 DPI, TIFF, min 5x5cm).
  • Videos are not accepted.
  • Previously published abstracts may be submitted but will not be included in the Abstract Book.

Revisions

  • No changes can be made after the deadline.

How to submit your late-breaking abstract

  1. Read Section “Submission Guidelines” carefully.
  2. Prepare your abstract as per the Submission Guidelines above, being sure to indicate the Topic
  3. Ensure that you have clearly indicated the authors
  4. Create an email with the abstract as an attached Word document with the subject line “LATE BREAKING”
  5. Send the email with your abstract attached to abstracts.esmint@congrex.com

Notification

Notifications will be sent via email by the end of August 2025. If you do not receive your notification by 29 August 2025, please contact abstracts.esmint@congrex.com.
