Call for Programme Proposals
Planning for the ESMINT 2026 Congress is underway, and the Congress President Prof. Franziska Dorn, together with the Programme Steering Committee, invite you to submit your ideas for the ESMINT 2026 programme.
Your Input Matters
Under the theme ‘Connecting minds, improving lives’, we aim to create a programme that brings people, perspectives, and experience together to advance patient care.
As a guiding concept, the Programme Steering Committee seeks to highlight the past, present, and future of neurointervention as a common thread running throughout the three-day programme.
Your suggestions for topics, session formats, and speakers will help shape the direction of the Congress. You may submit complete session concepts or individual ideas — all levels of detail are welcome.
How to Submit Your Ideas
You are welcome to submit as many ideas as you like. To help us review each proposal individually, please submit one form per proposal.
All fields in the submission form are optional unless marked otherwise.
Each proposal may include:
- the type of proposal (e.g. session, talk, format, topic or speaker suggestion)
- a short explanation of why the topic is relevant
- learning objectives
- optional speaker & moderator suggestions
- an indication of how the proposal relates to the Congress theme and to the past, present or future of neurointervention
Deadline for submissions: 22 January 2026, 23:59 CET – The submission is closed.
What Happens Next?
All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the Programme Steering Committee to create a balanced, dynamic and high-quality programme. Proposals may be adjusted, combined or omitted depending on programme priorities.
While we are unable to provide individual feedback on the selection process, all contributions are highly valued and play an important role in shaping a Congress that reflects the diversity and expertise of the neurointerventional community.
Our goal is to ensure the Congress is inclusive and accessible by balancing gender, geography, career stages and professional interests.
Why Your Ideas Matter
Whether you want to explore emerging trends, propose a practical workshop, or highlight a pressing issue, your input ensures we cover what matters most. Think creatively and propose sessions that bring fresh insights and innovative approaches to neurointervention.
Together, we can craft a programme that inspires collaboration, fosters innovation, and moves the field forward.
We look forward to welcoming you to the ESMINT 2026 Congress and celebrating the collective innovation of our community.
