ETMINT Session: Call for abstracts

The ETMINT Committee – dedicated to nurses, radiographers and technicians – invites abstract submissions for presentation at the ETMINT Session during the 18th Congress of the European Society of Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy in Marseille/France.

ETMINT Abstract submission is now closed. The extended deadline for submission was Wednesday, 29 April 2026, 23:59 CEST.

To submit your abstract for the ETMINT Session, please select “ETMINT” as topic.

The organisers of the ETMINT session advise that submissions should emphasise the role of the technician / nurse / radiographer to be selected for the session.

Guidelines for abstract submission

To standardise the layout, we kindly ask you to read the guidelines carefully.

1. Abstracts / Case Reports may be submitted only via the online platform. Reports submitted via fax or email will not be accepted.

2. The report must be submitted in English. Please use UK English spelling.

3. Please make sure that the author’s name and email address are complete and correct.

4. The case body text may not be longer than 300 words.

5. Submitters are requested to submit a case overview body text in the following structure:

I. Background / Introduction (Context and why this topic matters)
II. Objective / Purpose (Research Question)
III. Methods / Case Description (Study design and methods )
IV. Results / Findings (Study results)
V. Discussion / Conclusions / Learning Points (Interpretation, implications, and key takeaways)

6. Inclusion of images: max 3. Image Size: 1000 px. Uploading images will affect word count

7. Inclusion of tables: max 3. Max size: 10 x 10 rows

8. There is no limit to the number of abstracts / case reports a researcher may submit. However, researchers should not submit the same case more than one time. Submissions that appear to be replicate versions of a single study may be rejected.

9. Please limit the number of authors to those who have substantially contributed to the research. If authors’ names appear on more than one report, their names must appear and be spelled identically on each report in order to facilitate proper indexing. Wherever possible, do not list authors with initials only.

10. Do not use abbreviations in the title. Limit yourself to commonly used abbreviations and explain all abbreviations at first mention.

11. Authors must indicate their presentation type preference: either Poster Presentation Only / Oral Presentation / Both.

After submission:
1. A confirmation email with a reference number will be sent automatically. Submitted abstracts / case reports may be edited until submitting.

2. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide the final allocation and presentation type.

3. Presenting authors of accepted abstracts / case reports must register and attend the congress.
