Networking Event
Valid registration is required for the networking event. The event will take place on Thursday, 3 September 2026 and the cost of a ticket is 35 EUR per person (for registered delegates of the Congress). The ticket price includes food and beverages. Please note that there is a fixed contingent of available tickets. It is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that you can only register for the Networking Event when you are already registered for the congress. If you want to book the Networking Event, please contact esmint-congress@aimgroup.eu and you’ll get a personalized link to register for it.

At the ESMINT Congress 2026 in Marseille, you will be able to:
- Attend all scientific sessions (subject to room capacity)

- Enjoy lunch buffets, coffee breaks, and the networking opportunities they provide
- Access recordings on demand (limited time for non-members; unlimited for members)
All registrations include access to scientific sessions and the exhibition for the entire duration of the congress. There is no “day pass”, “visitor pass”, or “exhibition-only pass” available.
Group registration
Group Registration is available for 10 or more participants:
- First, the group leader is asked to register via the group portal using the provided link. There you can purchase the registration tickets and tickets for the networking event.
- Payment can be made either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or bank transfer.
- Once payment has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation within 2-3 business days with the login for the group portal, where you can add your group members and allocate their registrations. A step-by-step guide will be also provided.
Press registration
Accredited journalists are welcome to cover ESMINT Congress. Please use the online press registration and upload your press credentials during the registration process.

All registration fees must be paid in Euro (€).

Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted during the online registration process.
Bank transfer
(available until 25 August 2026)
Please ensure that any bank transfer charges are covered by the payer.
Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to esmint-congress@aimgroup.eu.
The following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations received up to and including 3 July 2026: full refund minus an administrative fee of EUR 50
- Cancellations received between 4 July and 3 August 2026 (inclusive): 50% refund minus an administrative fee of EUR 50
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 3 August 2026
Name changes are possible before badge issuance for a processing fee of EUR 50.
Additional administrative fees may apply for invoice changes, badge reprints or other registration modifications.
Please note that the full registration terms and conditions must be accepted during the registration process.
Important note
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by “force majeure”, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
Participants are not obliged to allow exhibitors to scan their badge in the exhibition area or when entering an industry symposia. Participants must show their badge as prove of access rights, but do not need to allow a company to scan it. With allowing a company to scan, you acknowledge that your registration details will be forwarded to the exhibitor.
During the congress photographs will be taken. This serves the purpose of publication on the website and/or on social media platforms of the organiser. It may hereby be possible that persons onsite are also photographed in a way that they can be identified. The legal basis for photographing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f GDPR, the organiser’s legitimate interest is to publicly document the event.
This is explicitly stated at each event. If required, you can obtain information at the registration helpdesk of the event if you do not wish that photographs on which you are identifiable will be published.
Visa invitation letters
Visa invitation letters can be requested during the online registration process. The letter will be issued automatically once full registration and payment have been received.
We strongly recommend starting the visa application process as early as possible. Please note that visa applications and approvals remain the sole responsibility of the participant, and ESMINT/AIM Group has no influence over embassy procedures or decisions.
Please also note that the congress cancellation policy applies in the event of visa refusal.
