Group Registration is available for 3 or more participants:

1. First, select a package of registration tickets to purchase (please click on “buy contingent” for the required amount of registrations). You will receive a confirmation / invoice by email.
2. Payment can be made either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AmericanExpress) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately.
3. Individual participants’ data can be entered under “add participants” (this must be done by 6 August 2025 at the very latest). Please note that an individual email address for each participant is required (in order for participants to access their certificate of attendance). Once the entry of participant data is completed, the tickets (registration fees, printed congress programme, etc.) can be allocated to individual participants (click on “Distribution” to allocate the tickets).

All fees for congress registration should be paid in Euro (€) in advance to the ESMINT Congress Secretariat, clearly stating the participant’s name and address.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Important note

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by “force majeure”, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.

Participants are not obliged to allow exhibitors to scan their badge in the exhibition area or when entering an industry symposia. Participants must show their badge for prove of access rights, but do not need to allow a company to scan it. With allowing a company to scan, you acknowledge that your registration details will be forwarded to the exhibitor.

During the congress photographs will be taken. This serves the purpose of publication on the website and/or on social media platforms of the organiser. It may hereby be possible that persons onsite are also photographed in a way that they can be identified. The legal basis for photographing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f GDPR, the organiser’s legitimate interest is to publicly document the event.

This is explicitly stated at each event. If required, you can obtain information at the registration helpdesk of the event if you do not wish that photographs on which you are identifiable will be published.

Visa invitation letters

Visa invitation letters can be requested during the online registration process. The letter will be sent automatically within 24 hours once full registration and payment have been received.

We recommend starting the visa application process as early as possible. Please note that the visa application is the sole responsibility of the participant; we have no influence on the process and its conditions. A refund of registration fees due to visa denial is not possible.
