| Time | Session |
|---|---|
| 08:30–08:40 | Highlights from Day 1 |
| 08:40–09:10 | We are the ESMINT
1. How has education and training in INR changed over the decades and what we could expect in the future? In the first part, an experienced neurointerventionist will present the evolution of neurointerventional training over the years, from its origins to the present day. The focus will be in particular on the qualitative changes that have occurred over time, as well as on the regulatory and technological development—together with the quantitative growth—of our procedures. In the second part, we will hear testimonials from participants in the various Education programs managed by ESMINT. The aim is to inform everyone about the types of programs promoted by ESMINT, to highlight their advantages, and possibly also to identify areas for improvement to be implemented in future editions. |

1. Venous Sinus Stenting in Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension: Current Evidence and Best Practice The session shines a spotlight on the cerebral venous system as a rapidly evolving frontier in neurointervention. This session delivers cutting-edge insights into the evidence, techniques, and real-world challenges of venous treatments for idiopathic intracranial hypertension and pulsatile tinnitus, while also exploring the venous system as an access route and alternative to conventional surgical shunt placement. The session culminates with an expert, practice-oriented overview of contemporary strategies for treating maxillofacial vascular malformations. |
