ECMINT 1

ECMINT 1 was the first cycle of a 2 year program for trainees in interventional neuroradiology and endovascular neurosurgery. The Course is comprehensive with a curriculum compliant with the requirements of the UEMS specialist section. It taught trainees all components needed to practice the subspecialty.

Course 3: December 14-18, 2015
Course 4: June 21-25, 2016

ECMINT 1.4 (June 21-25, 2016):

ECMINT 1.4 was the fourth of four courses which will make up the ECMINT curriculum. The course topic was AVMs. The course organisers, Prof. James Byrne, Oxford and Dr. Shelley Renowden, Bristol offered a structured program of lectures and tutorials in a teaching environment dedicated to excellence in theoretical and practical teaching of current standards of interventional neuroradiology techniques.

ECMINT 1.4 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. European Course in Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy (ECMINT) 1.4 is designated for a maximum of, or up to 24 European CME credits (ECMEC).

ECMINT 1.2 (June 24-27, 2015):

The Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysms was the topic of ECMINT 1.2 which took place June 24-27, 2015 in Oxford. The 4-day residential course included teaching of generic principle common to all forms of minimally therapies and particularly to endovascular treatments. Forty-nine students participated.

ECMINT 1.2 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists.

European Course in Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy (ECMINT) 1.2
is designated for a maximum of, or up to 20 European CME credits (ECMEC).

ECMINT 1.1. (December 15-19, 2014):

The first ECMINT course - "Embolisation of Tumours and Arteriovenous Fistulas" - was held at St Anne’s college, Oxford, December 2014. There was a truly international feel to the course with 41 students attending from 19 countries and a pan-European teaching faculty.
