WIN@ESMINT Mentorship Programme
The WIN@ESMINT Mentorship Programme is an initiative of the Women in Neurointervention (WIN) Committee, aimed at supporting and connecting women working in neurointervention across Europe.
By pairing early-career neurointerventionalists with experienced mentors, the programme provides personalised guidance, encourages professional and personal development, and fosters a strong network of women within the neurointerventional community.
What is the WIN@ESMINT Mentorship Programme?
The WIN@ESMINT Mentorship Programme is a six-month mentoring initiative that brings together experienced women in neurointervention and early-career colleagues through carefully matched mentor–mentee partnerships.
Each mentee is paired with an individual mentor and benefits from regular one-to-one online meetings, providing tailored support based on personal career goals, clinical interests and professional development.
Alongside the individual mentoring, participants are invited to join regular webinars featuring case discussions and interactive exchanges. These sessions are also open to women in neurointervention who hold a valid ESMINT membership upon registration, helping to strengthen networking and collaboration across the community.
