Yes. ESMINT is the European society of choice for neuroscientists working in the field of minimally invasive treatments. Currently, ESMINT has over 500 members with a variety of subspecialty backgrounds. Networking, such as that possible through ESMINT, is one of the fastest-growing medical developments.
- The membership fee for Full Members and Medical Associate Members is €120 per annum
- The membership fee for Industrial Associate Members is €150 per annum.
- The membership fee for Junior Members and Medical Support Members is €50 per annum.
Membership fees can be paid online via invoice or credit card.
As soon as you are a registered member, you will have access to the discounted registration fees for all ESMINT Meetings during the registered membership period.
The constitution with the articles of the Society has been approved by the Society Members.
Being a member of ESMINT has advantages. Members are required to log into the Members Only area (using their identification number and password) in order to access certain benefit pages within the ESMINT website.

B: ‘How to Join’ and ‘Application’ Questions
Please join ESMINT and apply for membership by registering for a certain member category. Membership benefits and services will begin after a completed application has been received and processed. Applicants will be notified via email of their acceptance as an ESMINT member.
In addition to regular memberships (Full Member), ESMINT offers categories for Junior, Medical Associate, Industrial Associate, Medical Support, Honorary and Emeritus Membership.
The ESMINT Central Office is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17:00. The best way to contact us is via email: office@esmint.eu.
No, while we encourage you to join online so that you can start receiving benefits immediately, you may also download the application and mail or fax it to us along with payment and additional information as necessary.

According to Article 3 of the bylaws, Society membership shall be open to all individuals who fulfill the given requirements of the bylaws. Applicants have to submit a completed application and pay the required membership dues.
Your membership will start immediately at the date when we receive your membership payment and will expire 1 year later. You may end your membership before by sending an email to our Central Office. The dissolution of membership will be confirmed by the Central Office.
C: Now that you are a member
If you experience difficulty in receiving mail at work, check with your mailroom or/and change your preferred mailing address to your residence. Please contact the Central Office to discuss other options.
Yes, please sign-in and renew your membership.
When you are logged in, you may change your password.
D: I’d like to get more involved in the operations of the Society
ESMINT Members have the opportunity to vote at the General Assembly and therefore actively design the Society. In addition, Members can hold office as a Committee Chairman.
Finally, Members have the opportunity to serve on Ad hoc Committees. If you are interested in becoming involved in ESMINT please contact us at office@esmint.eu.
E: Resigning your Membership
Please send an email to the Central Office. Resignation confirmation will be effective from the end of the membership term.
You can control the information you receive via ‘Edit my subscription’ in your account. Click on the MyESMINT button in the top right-hand corner when you are logged in.
