2nd ESMINT Survey: coronavirus (COVID-19) and its influence on neuro-interventions

03 Apr 2020   Category/ies: Society

Since our last survey, we have seen increasing anecdotal evidence that even emergency procedures have reduced dramatically since the start of the COVID-19 crisis. Each of us has contact with some colleagues abroad but not in a very systematic way.

We hope that there is something we could learn from each other’s experiences and ways to help the more affected group members. ESMINT is excited to announce that four other societies, SNIS, SVIN, SILAN & WFITN have agreed to participate in this initiative to get a global picture of the impact on our community.

To that end, ESMINT is asking its members to fill in a 2nd online survey:

This survey is anonymous. We will share the aggregated results. If ESMINT can be of any help to you or you wish to support others with your ideas and experiences, please leave your email address in the respective survey field.

1st ESMINT Survey (March 20-24, 2020): neurointerventionists in the time of COVID-19

Every country and every region in Europe is fighting the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Neurointerventions are not in the eye of the storm.

Each of us has contact with some colleagues abroad but not in a very systematic way. There might be something we could learn from each other’s experiences of ways to help the more affected group members. To that end, ESMINT was asking its contacts to fill in an online survey.

Please read here the results of the survey:
