We are pleased to introduce the ESMINT Female Speaker Database – a new initiative developed by the WIN Committee (Women in Neurointervention) to promote gender diversity and visibility in our field.
The database is designed to help connect female experts in neurointervention with opportunities to speak at scientific meetings, educational events, webinars, and other platforms. It’s a step towards making expert voices more visible and ensuring that the neurointerventional community benefits from a broader range of perspectives.
Access the database
The speaker database is available to ESMINT members only and can be accessed via the following button (login required):
If you are not a member, but interested in speaker suggestions, please feel free to contact the WIN Committee directly via win@esmint.eu – we’re happy to help.
Add your voice
We warmly invite all female professionals working in the field of neurointervention to add their profile to the database. Whether you’re a frequent speaker or just starting out, this is your opportunity to be visible and considered.
By joining the database, you make it easier for organisers to find and invite you – and you contribute to building a more inclusive neurointerventional community. Sign up here to join the Female Speaker Database:
Please also consider forwarding this information to colleagues who should be listed. Together, we can increase visibility, broaden networks, and ensure that a wider range of voices is represented on every stage.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the WIN Committee. Let’s work together to foster inclusion and representation in neurointervention.
