On 11-12 May 2026, the ESMINT Skills Training 3.1 took place at the Amsterdam Skills Center in the Netherlands. The topic was “Concepts of Endovascular Stroke Treatment”.
This hands-on course brought together delegates, faculty, and industry partners for two days of intensive learning, practical training, and discussion focused on neurointerventional stroke treatment.

Insights into the Training Programme
The Skills Training 3.1. offered a blend of practical hands-on experience, interactive Q&A sessions, and case discussions on Endovascular Stroke Treatment. The course focused on practical training in neurointerventional stroke treatment techniques, combined with discussions on current standards and treatment approaches. Delegates had the opportunity to work with in-vitro models and simulators and learn directly from experienced instructors.
The programme included dedicated Case Discussion Sessions, offering participants the opportunity to analyse real-life scenarios in depth together with the faculty. These sessions encouraged in-depth discussion of clinical decision-making and treatment strategies in complex cases.

In addition, the programme offered opportunities for professional exchange and discussion beyond the training sessions.
