2025 Best European Publication in JNIS
ESMINT proudly congratulates Janneck Stahl from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany, for receiving the 2025 Best European Publication Award in the Journal of NeuroInterventional Surgery (JNIS), the official journal of ESMINT.
His publication, Flow-Based Simulation in Transverse Sinus Stenosis Pre- and Post-Stenting: Pressure Prediction Accuracy, Hemodynamic Complexity and Relationship to Pulsatile Tinnitus, was selected following a thorough review of all European submissions to JNIS over the past year. The work exemplifies the innovative scientific standards and forward-thinking approaches that the Best European Publication Award aims to promote.
The award was presented during the ESMINT Congress 2025 in Marseille by Dr. Mohamed Aggour, Member of the Research & Publication Committee, and Dr. Michael Chen, Editor-in-Chief of JNIS, recognising their shared commitment to fostering excellence in European neurointerventional research.
We warmly congratulate Janneck Stahl for his outstanding contribution to advancing the field of neurointervention.
